🚫 Returns, Exchanges & Customs

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Because many of our items are custom-made or processed with care shortly after the order is placed, all sales are considered final.

Albi is not responsible for any custom collection fees. Additional custom fees may apply for orders outside the United States. For information on further custom charges and fees please contact your local post office.


Please double-check your order details — including item selection, sizing, quantities, and shipping address — before completing your purchase.


Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? We understand!

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation, email us at albiabaya@gmail.com with your order number and full name.

After the 24-hour window has passed, or once your order begins processing, cancellations are no longer possible.


💳 Refund Policy

Once an order has been processed, we do not issue refunds.

Refunds are only applicable in the rare case of:

Receiving the wrong item

A manufacturing defect or damage during production

If you believe you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include:

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the item(s) and packaging

Your order number

We will review your case and respond promptly.
